If you do not remember your password you can go to www.udsmapper.org and click Sign In in the top menu. On the Sign In screen, click Forgot my password. Enter your user name, which is the email address you originally entered to create your UDS Mapper account, and click Submit. You will receive an email with a reset link. Click the link to generate a temporary password, which will then be emailed to you. Use the temporary password to log in to the UDS Mapper. Once you are logged in, you can change your password or other personal information under Account Settings, found on the right side of the UDS Mapper welcome screen.
